You may use SongCanvas only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property
The SongCanvas platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by SongCanvas and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content you generate using the platform belongs to you, subject to any restrictions imposed by third-party AI providers.
5. Subscription and Billing
Some features of SongCanvas require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Please see our Payment Terms for more details.
6. Limitation of Liability
SongCanvas is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time.
8. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of SongCanvas after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
